Diversifying Motorsports
The Afrospeed Foundation was started with a single goal. To diversify Motorsports at all levels. We give our students and volunteers opportunities to work with teams that operate at the highest level of motorsports as well as countless opportunities to developer their skills as technicians, engineers, and leaders in the motorsports industry. With a variety of in house and partnered motorsports programs, we aim to help everyone who comes through our door, find what their true passion is in motorsports and help them develop those skillsets and network within the industry to kick start their future motorsports careers.
Mechanical Engineering
We give our engineering focused students countless opportunities to design and develop the racecars under our umbrella
Wiring and Electrical
From pro-level to modified OEM, students will get exposure to creating and troubleshooting a wide variety of wiring solutions
Procedures and Maintenance
With our racing expertise, we use proven checklists and procedures to prepare students for success at home and with pro teams
Fluid and Material Analysis
Our Students will collect data, learn more about developing cooling and lubrication solutions to increase vehicle reliability
Powertrain Engineering
Our students will learn to assemble, install, tune, and maintain motorsports powertrains for optimal performance and reliability
Driver Development
Our race engineer and driver development programs strive to help our students learn how to work as a team to achieve calculated and repeatable results on track
